and sonic experience curated through our practice.
My work is inspired by how food cultures and histories share space on the African continent. This journey is about experimenting and reimagining contemporary South African creole food culture.
Food research practice is a personal journey that is guided by
oral historical accounts in the form of conversations about
ingredients and recipes. We are interested in how food
becomes a communal practice under conditions of migration
and displacement.
